论文摘要This systematic review summarised and synthesised theoretical frameworks, research themes, and research methods of 74 peer-reviewed empirical studies on teachers' achievement goal orientations from 2007 to 2021 under the PRISMA 2009 guidelines. Results indicated that research on teachers' goal orientations remained relatively nascent. The trichotomous model was widely utilised in empirical studies among multidimensional models of teachers' goal orientation research. Affective consequences of teachers' goal orientations and quantitative methods were the most preferred research topics and designs respectively. The study provides significant implications for comprehensive understanding of teachers’ goal orientations and practical evidence-based directions for further investigation in this field.
